Laser cutting sheet metal on a Bodor machine

To guarantee top quality and full flexibility in production, we run modern machinery that covers every key metalworking process: precision cutting and bending, rolling, welding and complete tube and profile processing.

Our equipment includes CNC machines from leading manufacturers such as Amada, Durma, Isitan and Hebo, giving us high precision, repeatability and reliability at every stage of production.

Cutting

We focus on precision cutting of metal in a range of thicknesses, including stainless steel, carbon steel and aluminium. Modern technology gives us clean, accurate cuts with no need for further finishing.

Tubes and profiles

Laser cutting of tubes and profiles delivers exceptional precision and clean edges, while 5-axis CNC bending from Ø20 to Ø50 mm lets us produce demanding geometries with full control and repeatability.

Sheet metal

For sheet metal we use high-capacity CNC punching and bending systems, together with plate rolling on a hydraulic machine.

Welding

Precision longitudinal seam welding completes the process, so the whole job is produced within a single system.
